New facilities construction range in size of approximately 96,000 to 165,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and these facilities vary from slab on grade and tilt-up to masonry block wall construction. These stores include food courts, pharmacies, one-hour photo centers, optical departments, garden centers and Starbucks.

Curtom Building & Development Corp was responsible for the approximate 1,800 S.F. Lake Park – Pump House as well as the 500 S.F. Restroom Building both located on the South side of the beautiful SoFi Stadium Lake Park. The Pump House is the heart and soul of the Lake – responsible for housing one-of-a-kind pumps, filters and other large equipment required to keep the lake operational. The Pump House contains (2) 25-Foot deep and (5) 15-Foot Deep below grade tanks with all equipment mounted on the suspended deck at ground level.

Curtom Building & Development Corp was responsible for furnishing and installing fixed seating, Seating platform system and portable wheelchair lifts during the Forum renovation. In the performance of this work, we provided all supervision, materials labor, equipment scaffolding, shoring, hoisting, tools supplies and lower-tier subcontracts.
